Apple today released new software created for the HomePod and HomePod mini. The release comes slantingly the releases of iOS 16.2, iPadOS 16.2, macOS Ventura 13.1, tvOS 16.2, and watchOS 9.2.
According to Apple’s release notes, HomePod software version 16.2 adds performance and stability improvements, no spare features or fixes were mentioned. It should be noted that slantingly the new iOS and macOS updates, the HomePod software adds a new Home app architecture.
Your HomePod or HomePod mini should update automatically, but you can moreover manually update your device by doing the following:
- Open the Home app.
